An invitation to our fourteenth Annual General Meeting

Members are invited to our Fourteenth Annual General Meeting, to be held in Sandhurst Community Hall on 13 February. Doors open at 19:00 and the meeting formally starts at 19:30.

AGM documentation – AGM notice, agenda, a form of proxy, the minutes of our previous AGM, our annual report and a copy of our annual accounts (the original was signed) are available on our governance documents page. As we wish to avoid unnecessary printing, we will not be providing copies of these documents at the AGM.

We will try not to spend too much time on the formal business of the AGM, so that you will have the opportunity to meet our management team, local conservation and other groups from the Valley and see their displays before the meeting starts and during the refreshment break.

After the break, our guest speaker will be Steve Langham, Chair of Surrey Amphibian and Reptile Group, who will give a fascinating insight into amphibians and reptiles, with a particular focus on sites within the Blackwater Valley.

As we did last year, we are collecting used inkjet cartridges at our AGM, so please bring any you have along a put them in our box. www.recycle4charity.co.uk will pay us £1 for each one they can recycle.
