AGM -  Blackwater Valley Countryside Trust

Dear Member,

You are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Blackwater Valley Countryside Trust that will be held at Sandhurst Town Council Offices (Kitty Dancy Room) from 7.45 onwards on Tuesday 28th October 2008.

The agenda is

3. Retirement of Trustees
4. Appointment of Trustees
5. Appointment of Chairperson
6. Appointment of Officers
7. Directors Annual Report
8. Treasures Annual Report
9. AOB

Two Trustees are retiring who do not wish to be considered for re-election,  I would welcome nominations to fill these vacancies. Nominations for new Trustees, Chairperson and Officers together with requests for Any Other Business should be sent to the Trust offices by 23rd October 2008.

A short talk by Dominic Martyn of the Environment Agency entitled ‘A new era for your river’ will follow.

There will be refreshments provided at the end of the meeting.

I hope that you will be able to spare the time to attend the meeting and thank you for your support. Please feel free to bring along anyone who may be interested in the work of the Trust.
